Effect of condylar neck fractures on growth and development of mandible 髁突颈部骨折对下颌骨生长发育的影响
This study examines the circadian rhythm changes of growing rats condylar endogenous PGE2 of stroke assessed every 4 hours for 24 hours by RIA ( radio immunoassary) on the condylar growth and adaptation during the mandibular retractive force. 应用放射免疫法,测定生长期大鼠在正常生长及向后牵引下颌时,一昼夜内每4h髁突内源性前列腺素E2(PGE2)的含量变化,以探讨其昼夜节律。
Conclusions: In patients of skeletal ⅲ malocclusions with different vertical facial types, there are statistical differences in condylar morphology in different development stages, which might be due to different growth of mandibular. 结论:髁突形态在骨性Ⅲ类不同垂直骨面型患者生长发育过程中存在差异,这可能与他们不同的生长型有关。
